Quality Manager * GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum * Stockton-on-Tees * Monday ndash; Friday A leading developer and manufacturer of high-quality plastic products Is searching for a Quality Manager to join their team. Based from their flagship site in Co. Durham, you will play a key role in the design delivery of the company rsquo;s quality checking and assurance activity whilst ensuring the quality of the products meets the highest standards. What You rsquo;ll Bring to the Team * A Quality background in a manufacturing sector is essential * An understanding of quality management principles (ISO 9001, IATF16949) * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Experience with Auditing and inspection techniques What You rsquo;ll Be Doing * Develop and implement quality management systems, procedures and policies * Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards * Ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements * Engage with Customers on Quality Issues * Develop and maintain strong relationship with key colleagues by addressing quality issues/concerns in timely manner For further details, please click apply or contact Jack Thubron at our Gateshead office
