Operations coordinator

An Operations Coordinator is required to work for our client who is a small but well-established Removals Global Relocation firm. They have built a strong reputation offering the highest standard of relocation services to a wide range of clients. The successful Operations Administrator will be working within a small team made up of 4 people. This team are involved with a variety of home relocations, working with high-net worth individuals, business even through to small shipments across England. Operations Coordinator - Position Overview Send booking confirmation to client Send booking confirmation to the removal company Chase a deposit from client and eventually take final payment Send customs paperwork to client and chase them to complete it Setup insurance for clients #39; goods Talk to them about sending money overseas (we have Forex contacts) Keep an eye on dates and make sure everybody knows when everything is going on Check in with client on collection day and delivery day Check in with shippers and agents to make sure nothing being held up Invoice the client and pay the supplier invoices Get a good google review from the clientOperations Coordinator - Position Requirements Ideally 5 years in a reasonably pressured / busy office environment. Process driven, highly organised and accurate. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Good knowledge of word, excel and Outlook. Excel will be the main one here - ideally needs to be able to build basic spreadsheet with formulas. Understanding of sales / purchase invoicing. Confident on the phone speaking to clients. Good customer service ethos.
