Job Title: Senior Accounts Assistant Location: Sutton Coldfield Contract Details: Temp to Perm Salary: GBP25,000 About Our Client: Our client is a reputable accounting firm located in Sutton Coldfield. They are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounts Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities: Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities Conducting bank reconciliations Manage and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the accounts manager and directors Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business Providing support in budgeting and forecasting activities Liaising with clients and resolving any accounting-related queries Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policiesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): AAT Qualified or equivalent Solid experience working in an accounting role Proficiency in using accounting software Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills Technologies: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsHow to apply: If you are a talented and ambitious Senior Accounts Assistant looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
