Hr business partner remote working

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner, for up to 3 months in the first instance. The role will involve mainly remote working. Key responsibilities will include: * Providing strategic professional workforce support across the whole remit of people issues; * Ensuring senior leaders are supported and equipped with the skills, confidence and expertise to lead their teams effectively; * Developing and monitoring workforce plans that support the delivery of strategic objectives both internal and external to the organisation; * Creating and implementing plans to improve people management and leadership capability; * Working with managers to develop and implement plans to improve workforce performance and productivity; * Ensuring the analysis and monitoring of workforce statistics to identify areas where improvements could be made and formulating work programmes to address these areas; * Providing highly specialist employment law advice for all staff groups. The ideal candidate will have: * CIPD qualified; * Proven experience as HR Business Partner within the NHS; * Up-to-date knowledge of current NHS operational and workforce issues; * Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills
