Site manager

Requirement for a Site Manager to ensure the successful completion of masonry work on construction sites by overseeing work quality, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and team management. Situation Ford Stanley Recruitment are partnered with a nationwide construction contractor on their search for an Site Manager to join their team. Due to the bespoke and niche nature of their product, our client is winning new contracts and requires additional heads to ensure all completion of masonry wok is completed. The successful candidate will have a strong bricklaying background with the motivation and desire to progress and develop. Key Responsibilities Managing Bricklaying Crew: Reading and Interpreting Plans: Material Management Quality Control Safety Compliance Scheduling and Coordination Problem Solving Estimating and Budgeting Documentation and Reporting Client Communication Training and Development Environmental Awareness Location: Mansfield + regional travel required. Salary: Up to GBP50,000 (Full Package) + Company van. Agreed Criteria for candidates to secure interview Someone from a brickwork or bricklaying background. Desire to progress/step up into a management role Experience in Masonry Setting out.
