Finance manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our clients team based in Mansfield. Salary: GBP45k Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday. As the Finance Manager you will be supported by the Head of Finance in managing the day-to-day tasks of the finance department including the management of the team. You will be the first point of contact, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of finance. As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the oversight and completion of accurate monthly management accounts, offering insightful analysis and developing KPI rsquo;s to help drive business performance. You will be a key point of contact for the junior members of the team, providing them with development opportunities to support the growth of the team. The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience in all functions of finance, specifically management accounting and is affluent in Excel. They will also have a can-do attitude with the ability to see the bigger picture and have an innovative approach to finance with at least 3 years of experience in a financial role.
