Account manager hard fm

Account Manager Location: Remote with National travel Salary: GBP75000 - GBP85000 Mainstay Recruitment is currently working with a Leading service provider who is currently seeking an account Manager to oversee a large Hard FM contract. As an account manager you will have fantastic communication and relationship management experience. The successful account manager will act as a lead point of contact for customer engagement, contract spend compliance and contract management. You will also support the business strategy and aim to position the contract for growth. Alongside these duties you will also provide high quality maintenance to meet the contract SLAs for reactive and planned and ground maintenance. You will also be required to conduct regional line management duties to team 5 area managers and will be expected to be visible across 8 sites across the UK traveling to sites 2-3 days a week. The successful account manager will have: Previous experience working on a Hard FM contract. Working experience of government contracts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of delivering change in a complex environment.
