Business development executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Hours of Work: Flexible, with core hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: Commensurate with Experience Job Description: As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company #39;s goals and objectives. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. * Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and proposals that meet client needs. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients. * Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts. * Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth * Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
