Business development manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that expand customer base, increase market share, and foster long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. #x200B; * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. #x200B; * Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. #x200B; * Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our products/services. Customise pitches to meet the unique needs of potential clients. #x200B; * Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements. #x200B; * Explore new markets and geographical areas for potential business expansion.
