Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Workshop Team Leader in Camberley Location : Camberley | GU15 3DF Pay rate: GBP46k / GBP20.81ph Working hours: working Mon-Fri 45 hour week Main Purpose To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant; and plan the effective use of resources to deliver a cost-effective Service and Maintenance Repair facility always ensuring first class customer service. Responsibilities Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools Health Safety of Workshop Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity Maintain cost controls on behalf of Amey Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications Full driving licence: Minimum C+E City Guilds Motor Vehicle level 1,2 3 Skills Planning and motivational skills Computer Literate Ability to communicate with team and management Experience Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge Experience in performance managing teams Significant On Tools experience High level of problem solving skills Personal Profile Behavioural competencies Sees safety as top priority and delivers a positive impact on people #39;s wellbeing Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Self-motivated, leads, motivates and enthuses team to achieve results Focussed on business objectives while managing day to day activities Proactive planning and management skills to deliver service Builds enduring customer relationships INDLS
