Administrator

Our successful client in the automotive sector is currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their vibrant team in their Camberley-based offices. This position will be hybrid (3 days in the office) after you have been trained (for roughly 8 weeks). The hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am ndash; 5:30pm. You will be a self-motivated individual to be a part of their busy fleet team, looking after over 1000 vehicles and 400 car allowance employees. Although full training is provided, you will need to have a strong administrative background to hit the ground running! Key Responsibilities: Adding new vehicles to the fleet database Ordering, cancelling and sending out fuel cards to the drivers Running reports for chasing MOTs and updating the system once booked Processing purchase orders for payments Ensuring that the driver and vehicle records are both added and removed, for example, licenses (chasing updated pictures etc), DVLA checks, and all Health Safety records Update driver fines and ensure these are monitored on the system (ensure the driver has paid) Book vehicle rentals and hires Invoice drivers for vehicle damage when required Assisting with invoicesEssential Skills: Possess an excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills Methodical approach and an excellent eye for detail Willing to take on new tasks, working individually and within a team environment Strong problem solving abilities Patient and professional with internal and external contacts Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointDesirable Skills: Logistics experience, working within the automotive industry Knowledge of, or is enthusiastic about vehiclesIf you have all the essential skills and you think this position may be a good fit for you, please don rsquo;t hesitate to take the next step in your career and click lsquo;Apply rsquo; today!
