Building surveyor contract stock conditioning epc 39;s

I am recruiting for a Contract Building Surveyor for a client of mine I #39;m working with. Most of the workload is based out of Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) working on Stock Condition #39;s EPC #39;s. The Building Surveyor will have the option to work OUTSIDE IR35 through your own Ltd Company, however, if you prefer you can work INSIDE IR35, working through one of our PSL Umbrella Companies. The role is 5 days on site in Cheltenham (Gloucestershire) Essential Requirements: Experience working on Stock Condition #39;s Experience on EPC #39;s Full UK Driving License access to your own vehicleDesirable Requirements: Building Surveying qualifications (Degree, HNC etc) If you are interested interviews will be held this week via Microsoft Teams.
