A Day in The Life We rsquo;re seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio while collaborating closely with the dynamic team, providing mutual support as needed. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, managing notices, addressing deposit retention reduction, and promptly resolving maintenance issues. Job Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties. * Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. * Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. * Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly. * Coordinate maintenance and repair work. * Manage tenancy agreements, including negotiation and enforcement. * Collect rent payments and maintain financial records. * Stay updated on property legislation, regulations, and market trends. * Prepare reports on financial performance and occupancy rates. * Develop strategies to attract and retain tenants. * Collaborate with team members for smooth operations. Skills Attributes * Possess a minimum of 2 years #39; experience in Property/Block Management. * Demonstrated experience in conducting property inspections. * Proficient in managing notices and handling deposit processes. * Ability to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues. * Strong collaborative skills, comfortable working within a dynamic team environment. * Committed to continuous learning and professional development. * Customer service-oriented with a meticulous approach to procedures. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Enthusiastic about learning Property Management Legislation. * Hold a Full UK Driving License.
