This is a massive opportunity to join a nationally recognised company that is continuing to grow at a phenomenal rate What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor? middot; Provide support for customers following their car purchase middot; Process delivery and collection requests for the customers vehicles. middot; Promote the range of services and sales to existing and new buyers middot; Maintaining and updating customer details and records middot; Liaise between internal departments and customers where required middot; Processing online applications and email enquiries middot; Maintain the highest level of customer service by delivering excellent resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction on every call. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following qualities? middot; Customer service experience, from an office or contact centre background middot; Professional communication and ability to work effectively with each customer query middot; Ability to manage your time within a busy call environment middot; Positive attitude, able to work part of a team middot; Able to handle any difficult situations in a calmly and confidently. Weekend work will always be home based.
