Key Responsibilities: middot; Pro-actively manage all aspects of a claim from notification through to conclusion. middot; Provide an excellent claims handling service, in accordance with company procedures and service standards. middot; Investigate and resolve claims in a professional, timely and pro-active manner. middot; Manage and exceed customer expectations and prioritise work to resolve any disputes that may arise in the settlement of a claim. middot; Updating additional Information on existing claims. middot; To continuously drive improvement in the service delivery to clients. middot; Responding to correspondence received from customers, third parties, Insurers and Brokers. Requirements: middot; Experience of working in a Motor Claims role middot; Experience with either Third Party Damage, FNOL or Low Level Injury middot; Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal middot; A proactive approach and enthusiastic attitude V/12690
