Customer Service Administrator Location: Oldbury Type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: GBP24,000 per annum Hours: 08:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a globally recognized organization on a temporary to permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: * Utilize the company #39;s CRM system to record client information and manage follow-ups efficiently. * Prepare comprehensive proposals for prospective clients. * Conduct outbound calls to both new and existing clients to gather necessary information for proposal development. * Provide professional and courteous responses to inbound client inquiries. * Ensure timely follow-up on client call backs. * Maintain accurate and organized data entry. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred (experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory). * Demonstrated excellence in customer service. * Strong attention to detail. * Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to establish and nurture productive working relationships. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
