They rsquo;re actively seeking an experienced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager. This pivotal role involves overseeing the department across a diverse range of offshore projects. It rsquo;s a permanent staff role based in Kingston-Upon-Thames, 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: QHSE Manager - Develop and implement advanced QHSE Management Systems. - Coordinate QHSE personnel for optimal performance. - Ensure compliance with regulations, driving continuous improvement. - Support Bid Management for project success. - Conduct impactful internal QHSE audits. - Drive excellence by allocating resources effectively. - Lead incident investigations and propose improvements. Key Requirements: QHSE Manager - Proven offshore industry experience. - HSE is more important than Quality. - In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety Environment (QHSE) regulations. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Relevant QHSE certifications.
