Office Administrator/PA Kettering Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 Salary - GBP25-30k plus benefits We are currently recruiting for an Administrator/PA to join a family run business located in Kettering. The company have been established for over 50 years and have gone from strength to strength. They are now looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator to become a key part of their close-knit team, and to play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of their daily business activities. Reporting into the Office Manager, your duties will include:- General Administrative Support Invoicing Raising Credit Notes Credit Control Sales Purchase ledger duties Chasing goods Customer service Problem SolvingThe role will evolve to also incorporate providing PA support to the MD, and getting involved with order processing, facilities management (insurances, H S etc), taking meeting minutes/notes and business correspondence. The successful candidate will have previous office administration experience, possess excellent communication skills ndash; both written and verbal, and be IT literate. You will be joining an established team in a company with long standing staff, working as part of a small team of committed and conscientious individuals.
