Sales office administrator

Sales Office Administrator Salary: up to GBP25,000 per annum (dependent on relevant previous experience) Monday ndash; Friday. 37.5 hour working week. Monday ndash; Thursday, 8:30am ndash; 5pm and Friday, 8:30am ndash; 3:45pm (45 minute lunch break). Holiday entitlement: 32 days (including 8 Bank Holidays) Kettering area. Office based. Permanent Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kettering. Our client is a leading manufacturing firm with multiple brands within its group. Working within a small administration team of 4 people, including your Department Manager. You rsquo;ll work alongside their sales team and support with all administration in relation to processing customers orders, updating their customers on expected product lead times and day to day department administration and customer support. This is not a call centre. Our client is ideally looking for somebody with some relevant and very recent office experience with a positive track record of some longevity in each role. Summary of your day to day duties: * Provide administration support to the Sales Department * Administer and coordinate all administration processes for their customer orders with their stakeholders * Support the wider sales and operations team where required/necessary. * Effectively distribute sales material, ensuring all material is updated * Updating company spreadsheets * Updating company operating system with relevant customer notes and inbound sales leads * Effectively manage the customer order backlog and advise stakeholders of relevant and accurate lead times * Work collaboratively with the rest of the Sales Administration team and attend weekly sales meetings Please apply today to learn more and be considered and shortlisted.
