ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE ndash; TEMP TO PERM | | SALARY: GBP11.44 PER HOUR | | LOCATION: DE21, DEBRY | | START ASAP | | TEMP TO PERM | My client is looking for someone confident to build rapport face to face and over the phone, also have the ability to support with a varied of diffferent workloads with deadlines. Responsabilities: * Responding to customer enquiries via email and also over the phone * Reception duties - greeting customers / phone calls / emails * Sales order and purchase order processing on sage * Supporting the finance team, running daily and weekly reports * Production administration, stock data, and labelling * Communication with different areas of the buiness if required * Carry out ad hoc duties or projects as may be required for business purposes * General administration based duties Experienced required: * Microsfot Office experience * Good orgnisational skills * Able to communicate both verbally and written
