Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (FOH) Trainee or Qualified *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity* Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Yorkshire and surrounding areas Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 (Depending on qualifications) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage + much more! Type: Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have experience of working within Hospitality (Front of House) at Deputy Manager level or above - ideally within an outlet setting, though this isn #39;t essential. Experience of delivering on-the-job training would be highly desirable. Full driving licence and use of own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Duties include: Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3 (Front of House specialisms). Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote / Face to Face). Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Meet Assessor KPI rsquo;s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills: Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
