Pre-Contracts Manager Salary - GBP65,000 - GBP66,000/annum + Car Allowance Company Benefits Job Location ndash; Great Dunmow, Essex Job Type ndash; Permanent, Full Time Up Front Recruitment is looking for a Pre-Contracts Manager for our fantastic innovative progressive client based in Essex. Benefits: * 31 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays increasing to 33 with service * Training and development * Private Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life insurance scheme pays out up to 4x your salary Your Role: You will be responsible for all the commercial activities of the business and have functional leadership of the embedded estimating teams. Report to the Managing Director and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team helping to grow the business. Key Responsibilities Not Limited To: * Ensure that client submissions are consistent with corporate values; are competitive, delivering revenue and profit in line with or exceeding targets; and of high quality. * Ensure bid documentation is professionally prepared and contractual records are effectively maintained. * Review systems and processes and undertake or make recommendations (where investment is required) for continuous improvement. * Actively participate in Clients rsquo; pre-order lsquo;start rsquo; meetings and ensuing negotiations. Communicate and collaborate with operational teams to ensure scope of work and financials are understood. * Provide support to operational teams in respect of legal and contractual issues.
