Receptionist

Position: Receptionist * Pay Rate: GBP12 per hour * Location: Shoreham by Sea * Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm We are recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a successful and growing telecommunications and IT company in the Shoreham area. This is a temporary role based in the office Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have front of house reception experience. Duties will include: * Welcoming staff and visitors on arrival * Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant department * Dealing with incoming deliveries and post * Arranging couriers and managing the FedEx account * Preparing deliveries and using franking machine * Provide administrative support to the Facilities Assistant * Maintaining the reception area and keeping it tidy and presentable Working for First Recruitment as a temporary worker is a great opportunity to experience a variety of work places within different industries, whilst offering flexible working hours.
