Working closely with a team of experienced Claims Technicians and Loss Adjusters, investigating, validating, negotiating and settling a variety of Household Insurance claims, in the Mid/High Net Worth sectors. You will answer queries, transfer calls, update and maintain records and ensure CRM system is kept updated. Experience you need We #39;d like to speak to anyone with a strong customer service call background, if you also have experience within insurance that would be an advantage although not essential.
