Project Manager- Interiors A leading multi-disciplined main contractor and interior specialist requires an experienced Project Manager to help deliver multiple schemes across London the UK. You will be managing up 2/3 projects at any 1 time. You will be reporting to the director who has a strong relationship with clients and will be able to support you. Project values will range from GBP1m-GBP5m and you will need to travel outside of London a few times a month. Key Responsibilities: middot; Overseeing the project contractually and managing the overall delivery middot; Management of project teams across the different projects. middot; Resourcing strong teams to deliver operationally. middot; Liaising closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on target with budget. middot; Regular progress meetings with clients and internal teams. middot; Hands-on management approach to delivering the project. middot; Management of all stakeholders across the projects and within the business. Requirements: middot; Have lead multiple projects in the region of GBP5m+ as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager. middot; Strong communication and proven leadership qualities. middot; Main contractor or Fitout contractor Experience. middot; At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or above. middot; Strong ambition to develop career further. .
