Assistant site manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national house builder who have a strong reputation within the new build residential sector. They are known for their quality, and this would be a fantastic opportunity. They now require an assistant site manager to join the team on a permanent basis, ideally starting asap, on a new site based near Didcot, Oxfordshire. The range of salary DOE expected is between GBP45k-GBP50k p/a + car/allowance + package. You will be employed on a permanent basis to be an assistant site manager. You will work alongside the senior site manager on a site in Didcot initially, but also be open to travelling between sites across the area when needed. Your day to day responsibilities include: managing trades, maintaining health and safety, snagging, CML #39;s, new home tours, materials, orders, meetings, keeping to budget, keeping to programme and assisting the site manager where needed. They are looking for a hungry, upcoming assistant site manager who has experience within the new build residential sector. Ideally somebody with a minimum of at least 3 years rsquo; experience in a similar role. Must have SMSTS, CSCS and first aid to be considered. You need to be proactive on site, keen to learn and develop, have excellent communication skills and who can work well under pressure.
