Job Title: CQC Registered Manager Salary: Up to GBP42,000 depending on experience. Role and Responsibilities: As the Registered Manager, you #39;ll lead a dynamic team in delivering personalised care aligned with CQC frameworks. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the lives of those supported by the service, ensuring the highest standard of care. Collaborating with your team and stakeholders, you #39;ll tailor support services based on feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you #39;ll foster a positive team culture through organising engaging events for service users and staff. With the support of a seasoned senior leadership team, you #39;ll have the autonomy to shape and nurture the service, driving its success and growth.
