Job Description: Madisons Engineering are working with a leading national packaging company who are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a senior engineer or a maintenance team leader looking to step up into a more managerial role. The Engineering Mangager will play a major role in the planning of projects and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX project. Skills required for the Engineering Manager: Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime. Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions. Co-ordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects. Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
