Purchasing administrator

A Purchasing Administrator role has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time and office-based administration role, you will be responsible for speaking to suppliers and handling any associated administration. As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for - Raising purchase orders for suppliers Compiling PO #39;s, invoices and dispatch notes Check pricing is correct on quotes and invoices Liaising with suppliers and various internal employees General administrationIdeally, you will have previous experience of - Raising purchase orders Using Sage 50 or Sage 200 to manage orders Prioritising your own workload Working in a varied and busy environment Excellent customer service with a strong telephone mannerOn offer for this Purchasing Administrator role - Ideally with a view to start May 2024 Salary of GBP24-26k p/a dependent on experience Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility on start/end times)You will be office-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
