A prestigious client is in search of a meticulous Senior Administrator to join their team on a contract basis, providing pivotal support to the Programme Lead and Senior Leadership Team. The Senior Administrator role will include the following duties: * Coordination of administrative functions and the enhancement of operational efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the provision of comprehensive support to the Programme Lead, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and the delivery of results with precision and accuracy. * Collaborating with project managers and function leads to ascertain resource necessities, playing a key role in the effective allocation of resources for ongoing and upcoming projects. * You will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of resource and workforce data, offering critical feedback on resource needs and the facilitation of personnel movements. * Responsible for management of monthly submissions for executive reporting, assisting senior management in the preparation of Board reports. * Efficient diary management will be part of your remit, ensuring the optimal use of time for the Programme Lead and Senior Leadership Team by prioritising and delegating meetings and appointments. Skills required: * Excellent communication oral and written. * Senior stakeholder management experience * Ability to work in a complex structure. * Well, organised with excellent planning and time-management. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications * Able to demonstrate skills in operational efficiency, the development of first-class working relationships and the delivery of exceptional support services
