Role Details: Permanent Salary 39k - 45k + Uncapped O/T 28 days + Bank holidays Training Development The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding engineering client, to be based out of Brentwood, Essex. What you will be doing: Conduct defect repairs and routine maintenance on mechanical equipment for commercial and heavy industry machinery and ancillary equipment. Mechanical repairs and maintenance to rotating equipment such as large turbines, an array of pumps, and BFW multi-stage. Additionally, auxiliary and BOP equipment such as gearboxes, coolers, conveyors, and valves. Work alone to identify and resolve faults and concerns on mechanical systems without receiving explicit direction. To mechanically undertake and complete Workshop and Field Service activities inclusive of reporting detailing findings, condition assessments, critical tolerances, actions taken, and recommendations. What do you need to succeed? A full driving license. Fault finding, repair and installation.
