Electrical maintenance engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Brentwood An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to carry out the PPM and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements on a site in Brentwood The Successful candidate will have: bull; Strong Electrical Maintenance experience bull; Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems bull; Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required bull; Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities Duties Responsibilities: bull; Electrical PPM #39;s and Reactive maintenance bull; General building services tasks bull; Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU #39;s, AHU #39;s, HVAC plant bull; Generators - visual checks bull; Water temps and cooling tower bull; Lamp changes Hours of work: Monday to Friday Key Skills and Qualifications bull; C G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation bull; 18th edition certificate bull; Must be prepared to work out of hours when required bull; Have good communication and organisation skills bull; Have a positive lsquo;can do rsquo; attitude bull; Ability to work on own or as part of a team bull; Participate in a call out rota bull; Must have a full UK driving license About Integral JLL We rsquo;re Integral, part of JLL.
