Reporting into the Managing Director for the company, you #39;ll be based from central Essex, with regional travel throughout Essex, East Anglia, Kent and Sussex. The Health Safety Manager will be responsible for: Working with the company leadership team to implement a Health Safety culture in the business. Collaborating with all employees for Health Safety matters. Carrying out Health Safety audits, training and tool box talks. Developing a Health Safety agenda and standards for the organisation. The Health Safety Manager will have: Previous Health Safety experience in a retail, distribution or closely related environment. Experience building up a health safety culture and standards. Good exposure to ISO standards - 45001, 14001 and 9001. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
