An established provider of professional and bespoke warehouse location labels and warehouse signage is looking for a driven and confident Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator/Order Processing Specialist to join their expanding business based in Warrington. BASIC SALARY: A GBP 24,000 : A GBP 29,000 BENEFITS: A 25 Days Holiday + Stats A Pension A Healthcare A Free Parking LOCATION: Warrington COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Manchester, Wigan, Liverpool, Stockport, St Helens, Bolton, Preston JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Production Administrator, Order Processor : Manufacturer, Signage, Labels The successful Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator will manage projects from point of sale through to delivery/installation and will be involved at every step throughout the project/order process. The process involves checking large amounts of information that is received in Excel format. You will enjoy checking data, designing labels using our software with attention to minor details. You will be communicating all aspects of the project directly with the customer and this part of Project and Account Management will be vital in making a success of the role. This is a role for someone who wants to see things through to the end and genuinely takes a pride in the work that they undertake. Your duties will include: A Extensive use of Excel and manipulation of data sets. A Designing, proofing, and producing labels and signage. A Submitting data files ready for sign off, arranging and overseeing delivery / installation. A Managing customer expectations and ensuring all data required is collected ahead of deadlines. A Communicating daily with on:site installation teams, responding to their queries.
