Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultant Birmingham Basic Salary GBP 33,000 to GBP 40,000 : OTE c GBP 50,000/ GBP 60,000+ We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant with a minimum of 2 years recruitment industry experience. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of growing a desk on either a freelance, perm or dual basis. As an established agency we are looking for Snr Consultant/Principle Consultant who can develop and grow a small business unit, lots of PSLs with clients to evolve but also requiring regular business development and networking. The role includes but is not limited to; Recruitment duties : Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights : Business development to engage with new clients, as well as evolving relationships with PSL clients. : Liaising with the Sale s Director. : Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc : Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients : Networking and local network events : Client entertainment : Driving and achieving the Branch KPis Management duties : Hiring trainee consultants : Mentoring and development of Junior team members to grow the team : Perform weekly 1:2:1 s with goal and target setting : Manage KPI s for junior members of the team About us PRS Recruitment Services are one of the leading recruitment companies working in the Built Space, Facilities and Property sectors, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to our clients and candidates.
