Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultant Birmingham Basic Salary GBP33,000 to GBP40,000 - OTE cGBP50,000/GBP60,000+ We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant with a minimum of 2 years recruitment industry experience. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of growing a desk on either a freelance, perm or dual basis. As an established agency we are looking for Snr Consultant/Principle Consultant who can develop and grow a small business unit, lots of PSLs with clients to evolve but also requiring regular business development and networking. The role includes but is not limited to; Recruitment duties Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights Business development to engage with new clients, as well as evolving relationships with PSL clients. Liaising with the Sale rsquo;s Director.
