Field services engineer

My Client is recruiting for a Field Services Engineer in the Water Sector. This role will be covering the radius of East Anglia (Thetford, Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge, A1 corridor). About The Role As a Regional Field Service Engineer you will be undertaking a breadth of duties providing installation, commissioning and training for site operators for Company water treatment solutions. Working with the operational team you will ensure that equipment is installed and commissioned in a safe manner to hand over the asset to the Client. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with practical and positive outlook. While prior experience in the service industry, especially in water and environmental-related aspects, would be ideal, we #39;re also open to candidates with backgrounds in construction services. Main responsibilities Responsible for equipment installation and service duties incorporating electrical, mechanical and instrumentation work Commissioning, testing and maintenance of systems in accordance with planned schedules in undertaking PPM Positive engagement with fault finding and breakdown response Liaison with Client and contractors in undertaking works on 3rd party sites Excellent adherence to safe systems of workQualifications Experience Minimum NVQ level requirements Water Sector experience or experience from similar process related industry Full driving licence Able to demonstrate initiative and professionalism when dealing with customers
