Technical project lead

Our highly renowned client is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Technical Project Lead (IPTL) to spearhead the successful delivery of cutting-edge engineering solutions. In this role, you #39;ll be the driving force behind projects, ensuring they meet all customer requirements and business objectives. You #39;ll lead a talented team of engineers, following a structured, systems engineering V-model approach. Here #39;s what makes this role stand out: Be a technical rockstar, providing expert guidance and ensuring the quality and scalability of solutions. Own the customer relationship, acting as the primary technical interface and leading negotiations for changes. Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final sign-off (including production ramp-up when applicable). Tackle challenges head-on, managing risks and issues with a proactive approach. Champion continuous improvement, driving best practices and innovative solutions within the team. They #39;re looking for someone with: Strong experience in leading and motivating engineering teams. A deep understanding of project management best practices (APMP or similar a plus). Expertise in applying systems engineering V-model methodologies. A knack for managing stakeholder needs and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to spec.
