Graduate project engineer

Job Title: Graduate Project Engineer Location: Thame, Oxfordshire Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP33,000 Type: Permanent, Start date ASAP We #39;re looking for a dynamic individual to support our Client who is one of Europe #39;s leading manufacturers with the Aircraft Interiors market. Seeking a candidate with a good support planning background who is willing to work in a technical environment supporting the New programme manager to plan and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects. Graduate Project Engineer main responsibilities: * Programme manage daily activities for assigned projects using an established structure. Identify manager internal and external deliverables * Order administration including assisting with quotes, invoices and regular tasks relating to purchase orders * Coordinate across the customer and internal teams to ensure that commitments are fully understood, delivered and any risks are identified and escalated in advance * Manage implement drawing changes on our internal system which includes creating and amending parts, Bills of materials and operations * Liaise closely with all areas including engineering, operations, manufacturing and despatch to ensure that OTD OQD targets are managed and met * Communicate with suppliers and customers as well as internals Requirements for the successful Graduate Project Engineer: * Project management, order administration and expediting skills are all relevant to the role * Resilient nature, strong negotiation ad influencing skills * Ability to work in a technical / production environment and a willingness to learn about specific aircraft interior aspects of the business/ role * Engineering / manufacturing experience desired (6-12months) To apply for this Graduate Project Engineer role, click Apply now or contact Rhianna Beckett at Orion Electrotech, Reading to discuss further
