What you’ll be doing Big Life’s IT infrastructure has gone through a period of change, moving from a mostly on premises infrastructure to a hybrid (mostly cloud) infrastructure. We’re looking for an IT Team Leader to help us on this journey. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the helpdesk (delivered by an external provider) and a team of IT technicians provide first-class services to 700 staff across multiple sites, enabling business continuity. What we need from you You’ll have knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, MDM. You’ll be committed to information security and will ensure that all our systems and processes ensure this. You’ll be as comfortable being out on site within teams as you will be working on your own. You’ll be great at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, working on multiple projects at the same time. You’ll be able to lead and inspire team members, while working alongside them. You’ll require an enhanced DBS check for this role. What we will offer you in return An annual salary of £35,411 to £40,478 (NJC point 29 to 34) dependent on experience.
