In this hands-on, senior technical role, youâll help deliver efficient, responsive and effective support services. A key point of contact for hardware and software issues, you can expect to have practical involvement in tracking and resolving queries, incidents, problems and requests relating to both equipment and applications. Skills knowledge required Youâll bring experience of working in a customer-facing IT infrastructure support role. This will have included providing first-, second- and third-line support with the PC client environment. Youâll also need knowledge of local area networks and wide area networks, server support and email systems. Proven experience in the management and use of service desk systems and call distribution systems is also important.
