The role Act as a first point of contact for customers Managing live accounts, including taking orders, answering general account queries and proving quotes Providing excellent customer service Identifying sales opportunities Building rapport with customers Selling Using bespoke CRM to raise quotes/ handle general account queries Handling inbound and outbound phone calls The candidate A bubbly confident personality Ideally some commercial working experience Comfortable selling to customers over the phone A willingness to learn Experience isn rsquo;t everything, as long as you have the right work ethic, we want to hear from you Strong communication skills both written and verbal The ability to communicate at all levels
