Senior quantity surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor l High End Residential Apartments l Southwark, SE1 This leading main contractor has just started a new project in West London and they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to add immediate support. Your contract as Senior Quantity Surveyor will start immediately and be as long as 18mths. The project is currently at demolition stage and consists of 36 high end apartments and is a Grade two listed building. The value of the project is over GBP20m and refurbishment experience is essential. You will as a Senior Quantity Surveyor concentrate of procurement initially and add further support on other commercial activities as the project progresses. For this position you will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and must have worked on high end apartment projects before. If you have graded building experience it would be very beneficial.
