Responsibilities: Match, check, process, and code invoices into accounting systems Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries Manage new and existing supplier accounts Assist with employee expenses and mileage claims Monitor utility spending and liaise with utility companies Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient supplier communication Maintain strong relationships with suppliers Solve invoice queries and assist with general accounting duties File and archive all relevant documentation Qualifications: Experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft packages Exceptional attention to detail Strong team working skills Ability to meet deadlines Numerically competent Working Hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break Location: Based in Altrincham, our client #39;s office is modern with free parking and within walking distance of local shops If you are an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with previous purchase ledger experience, this is an incredible opportunity for you!
