Senior building surveyor

Our client is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors and Project Managers with offices in London, Leeds and Newcastle. Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base. Role/Responsibilities bull; Contract administration bull; Technical Due Diligence bull; Dilapidations bull; Building Pathology bull; General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role bull; Some of the role will involve some Principal Designer work so previous experience within this is desirable. Skills/Experience bull; Degree in Building Surveying bull; Excellent and accurate report writing skills bull; Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment bull; Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context bull; Some previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties You will have the opportunity to gain more autonomy, build client relationships and have the potential to specialise in a chosen area as you progress through your career.
