Senior Quantity Surveyor - Build (High Rise Residential) Location: Leeds office and project (northern region) The Opportunity This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic award winning construction business with a turnover of circa GBP100m. The business has a Leeds head office and works across the north and and the Midlands, operating in the student accommodation, PRS, high rise residential sectors. My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a high rise residential scheme in central Leeds, with a project value of around GBP40m. If you are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor living within a daily commutable distance of Leeds, with over 5 years experience in a senior level commercial role working for a UK main contractor in the high rise residential sector, then please apply and I will be in touch to give you more information and have a confidential discussion
