Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly, meeting business targets, and exceeding customer expectations. Here #39;s what you #39;ll be doing: Empowerment and Engagement: Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and focus within the Planning team, ensuring alignment with site strategies. Efficient Planning: Develop and execute cost-effective plans for materials and packaging, optimizing processes across the board. Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, proactively managing non-conformances and ensuring a steady supply chain flow. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize site utilisation while maintaining optimal stock levels and superior customer service. The Ideal Candidate We #39;re seeking a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to achieve excellence. Here #39;s what we #39;re looking for: Experience: Background in food industry and proven experience in material or packaging planning. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and ideally experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills. Leadership: Previous experience managing teams in fast-paced environments is a plus.
