Administrator part time

Location: Aylesford, Kent Salary: up to GBP23,000 pro rata Benefits: Full training, 20 days holiday + bank holidays per year (pro rata), pension scheme, free parking, company days out Hours: Part time - Up to 26 hours a week Are you an experienced administrator looking for a varied and fast-paced role ? My client are a family-run company celebrating over 25 years in business. They are looking for a confident, switched-on, proactive and adaptable individual to join their growing team. Responsibilities include: - Answering incoming calls and emails - Updating the company CRM system - Processing invoices - Ordering stationary and office supplies - Liaising with clients regarding their orders, deliveries and payments - Providing general administrative support to the various departments within the company Due to my client #39;s location, candidates will require their own vehicle to travel to work.
