Site air conditioning engineer

Role: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: RAF Marham Main Duties Responsibilities To implement the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operational requirements and in compliance with the contract service levels: * Keep F-Gas records up to date. * Maintaining DX units Chiller units. * Carry out maintenance on various equipment. * Minimise downtime of equipment. * Participate in a standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours (1 in 6) * Working as part of a site team. What do you need to have? bull; Must have a solid working knowledge as an air conditioning engineer. bull; Must have proven experience in maintaining and servicing equipment for a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients. bull; Must hold Refrigerant handling C G2079 or equivalent. bull; Must show excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills. bull; The ideal candidate will show outstanding customer service skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for the client. bull; A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
