Utilise excellent initiative to adapt support strategies based on individual student needs and learning styles. Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure effective support provision.Requirements: Prior experience working with students with SEND in a secondary school setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of different children #39;s needs and learning styles, with the ability to tailor support accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and empathetic approach. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of the school.
